Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will grant you full authority over your e-mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mail account to another, create email filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mail messages according to certain rules set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Just choose the mailbox you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
